MAP is the brand that refers to the company Motorcycle Academy Project by Emanuele Lamanna based in Via Pericle Perali 18, 00135 Roma - ITALY, (hereinafter "MAP"). MAP welcomes visitors to the Internet website https://www.motorcycleacademyproject.com/ and its possible subdomains (hereinafter, the "Website"), where users (visitors and buyers of the services sold by MAP) can find legal information relating to the general conditions of use of the Website, the conditions relating to the reserved area, the conditions relating to the services offered, the general conditions of sale, the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Access to the website and the use of the data and information contained therein are subject to the general conditions of use set out below.

General Conditions

  1. The access to the Website through any device, the use of the services offered through it sold, the viewing of related information, the use of customer service and communications with MAP made through the Website itself, imply that visitors and buyers adhere without any limitation and condition, the general conditions of use of the Website, the conditions relating to the reserved area, the conditions relating to the services offered, the general conditions of sale, the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, the privacy policy and the policy on cookies. If visitors and buyers do not agree in whole or in part with these conditions, they will be required to leave the Website and refrain from any use of it.
  2. MAP may unilaterally modify or update all and / or part of the legal information relating to the general conditions of use of the Website, the conditions relating to the reserved area, the conditions relating to the services offered, the general conditions of sale, the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. MAP therefore recommends that its visitors and buyers visit this section regularly.
  3. Access to the Website and its use in any form are activities carried out by users, whether they are simple visitors or buyers, activities for which the users themselves are solely responsible and MAP cannot in any way be held responsible for the use not compliant with the current regulations of the Website and its contents by users.
  4. Users, be they buyers or just visitors, are solely responsible for the communication of incorrect, incomplete, false information and data, or belonging to third parties who have not consented to the transmission of such data by users.
  5. Users are solely responsible for the custody and correct use of the information transmitted and MAP is in no way responsible for any type of damage or injury resulting to users or third parties from incorrect use, loss or theft in any way occurred of such information.
  6. MAP is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage resulting from viruses, corrupted files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, content deletion, connection problems, unauthorized access, data alteration, failure or incorrect operation of the user's devices.
  7. The "MAP" brand, the Website and all contained therein, such as, but not limited to, descriptions, photographs, video lessons, graphics, processes, software, music, etc., are the exclusive property of MAP, which boasts all applicable intellectual and industrial property rights over them.  Users may not in any way access the restricted areas of third parties without their authorization, nor reproduce the contents of the Website in whole or in part, unless MAP or any third party owners give their express consent. Any other use is not permitted and will be prosecuted.
  8. Purchases of MAP's services, made through the Website, entail the obligation for the purchaser to provide complete and correct data to complete the payment, billing of the services, the provision or shipment of the services and products purchased. As a rule, registration on the Website takes place through the purchase of one or more services or products, followed by the creation of a user account.
  1. Anyone wishing to activate a link to the Website must give prior notice to [email protected] and obtain written consent from MAP. In the absence of such consent, any link to the Website itself will be prohibited and MAP will take action in the competent offices to remove it.
  2. MAP takes every precaution in order to guarantee a comfortable, functional and pleasant use of the Website for its users, but does not implicitly or explicitly guarantee the continuity and completeness of the Website, as well as the absence of any harmful element for users' devices, for their data and for their sensitivity. In particular, MAP is not responsible for contents that are illegitimate or inappropriate or that offend the sensitivity of some users uploaded by other users and users undertake to scrupulously observe the conditions relating to the reserved area.
  3. Services purchased on the Website are sold directly by MAP. Not necessarily all services marked with the “MAP” brand will be presented or offered for sale through the Website. The general conditions of sale will apply in full to purchases made on the Website.
  4. Any attempt to circumvent or overcome the protections of the Website or to use it for purposes other than the visit of the available services and their purchase is prohibited.
  5. These conditions apply regardless of the device used to visit and use the Website, as well as for a specific mobile application.
  6. Communications to MAP relating to Customer Service must be sent by email to [email protected]. Any other communication, including any complaints, must always take place via this address.
  7. To determine the user's membership order, first of all, the information communicated by the user will be valid, especially in the reserved area, and his IP address.
  8. These conditions comply with the laws in force of the Italian Republic and, if in conflict with them, the clauses valid under these laws will remain in force.
  9. Any video or quotation, indicated on the site, which originates from a film, a work or in any case is covered by copyright, which has been inserted within the site, has the sole and sole purpose instruction or criticism / discussion of the quote itself. In Italy, all studies on copyright originate from this article of the civil code: L’articolo 70 della legge 22 aprile 1941 sulla protezione del diritto d’autore, notwithstanding article 15, reads: "The summary, the citation or reproduction of passages or parts of works and their communication to the public are free if made for use of criticism or discussion, within the limits justified by these purposes and provided that they do not constitute competition to the economic use of the work; if carried out for teaching or scientific research purposes, the use must also take place for illustrative and non-commercial purposes. Selling Conditions

  1. The terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale of the services provided by MAP present on the Website.
  2. The general conditions of sale can be changed unilaterally and at any time, without notice from MAP. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the completion of the purchase order.
  3. Each electronic passage provided for the purchase of services is an integral and essential part of the sales contract.
  4. These conditions apply to all world legal systems, but, where certain provisions contained in them conflict with the rules of a particular legal system, all the rules not in conflict with it will remain in force.
  5. To determine the order of the visitor and the buyer, the data provided by them and their IP address will prevail.
  6. The conclusion of the sales contract on the Website implies full acceptance by the buyer of the general conditions of use of the Website, of the conditions relating to the reserved area, where applicable, of the respective conditions relating to the services, of the general conditions of sale, the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, the privacy policy on confidentiality and that on cookies.
  7. Before the delivery of the product purchased on the Website, MAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchase orders from: (i) users who have existing disputes directly or through their relatives with MAP or its collaborators; (ii) users who have violated even only partially the general conditions of use of the Website, the conditions relating to the reserved area, the conditions relating to the services, the general conditions of sale, the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, the policy on confidentiality and that on cookies; (iii) users involved in fraud, in particular computer fraud and relating to payments with credit cards; (iv) users who have transmitted false, incomplete, inaccurate identification data or belonging to third parties; (v) users for whom the payment system is not authorized or pre-authorized by the circuit.
  8. The display of MAP services and related information on the Website does not constitute an offer to purchase, the user can submit their purchase order through the online procedure in force at the time. Once the order has been forwarded, MAP will be able to accept it and, in this case, will communicate it through the procedure in force at that time. Only then will the purchase contract be considered concluded. The user expressly declares to be informed that any communication of order confirmation is in no way valid as acceptance of the same. In case of refusal or cancellation of the order, without prejudice to any rights of MAP, MAP will be required to return any sums already collected by the user to the same source from which the payment was received.
  9. The forwarding of the purchase order implies the full acceptance of the conditions of use of the site, of the sale, of the conditions of the respective services, of the right of withdrawal, of the privacy policy and of that on the use of cookies.
  10. Although the buyer can use the skills learned through the products and services purchased, the latter undertakes not to resell such products and services in whole or in part, not to copy them in whole or in part and in any case not to use them in directly or indirectly acts in competition with MAP.
  11. MAP, unless appropriately reported for educational purposes, holds all the intellectual property rights underlying the material used for the provision of the products and services purchased, including knowledge and "Know How" about the principles, methods, the approaches, models, processes, ideas, discoveries, tools, tools and formats presented and shared.
  12. The purchased product is intended for the country in which the user places the order. The user himself, and not MAP, is therefore solely responsible for any administrative and customs procedures for placing the purchased product in another country. MAP therefore does not offer any support for customs practices and advice.
  13. The Website presents accurate descriptions of each product displayed therein. The user can request further information on the matter via the email [email protected]. In addition, the various methods of purchasing the respective services are described in the paragraph of the conditions relating to the services.
  14. Payment methods may include Visa and MasterCard credit card, PayPal, Stripe, wire transfer and coupons and the related information will be used by MAP for the completion of all payments due and for tax, anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering obligations. MAP may at its discretion and without notice change the accepted payment methods.
  15. The user can provide MAP with their email and mobile phone references, in order to receive updates from MAP on the status of the purchase and shipment, through these channels.
  16. In case of platform closure, the user will receive a link to download all the material related to the course they purchased in order to fulfill the lifetime fruition. However, the user cannot share or reproduce any content of the downloaded material.

Education

The method of providing training courses is described from time to time during the purchase phase and within the Website from which the online courses will be used.

MAP declares that the provision of the service does not violate any term or agreement between the same and other third parties.

All specific instructions for the provision of each service will be provided within the Website and during the negotiation phase. In case of doubts or difficulties, you can write to [email protected] for more details and instructions.

The buyer is aware that the sums paid for the purchase of training services will not be refundable in any way once paid.

In the case of a private user, he or she may exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of purchase of the service itself; as required by art. 59 of Legislative Decree. 205/2006, this right will expire when the user logs in, for the first time, to the platform where the possible service is available if deferred (thus making use of digital content on non-material support). In this case, once the user logs into their account to use the digital content (the video course), they will lose all rights and options to withdraw from the purchase made.
